Delivery
Shipping to Ireland, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Belgium & Austria.
All Items Are Shipped From Our Europe Warehouse based in Germany.
Dispatch takes 2-4 working days and Shipping takes 7-10 working days.

Can I collect the products you sell ±
You can see and possibly purchase our products in the Mitchell's Car Accessories store on Capel street,Dublin 1 and few other stores across the city but we are unable to guarantee that you are going to get them for the same price as on our web.
We are able to arrange pickup of assembled and checked products straight from our warehouse in Dublin but please consult the total cost before you buy.
Spare parts can be picked up in this shop or sent on your address.
All our customers have 50% discount on our spare parts.

Terms and Conditions
I acknowledge, understand and I'm fully aware that:
-ALL Off-road vehicles, such as mini-motorbikes, quad bikes and electric scooters may only be used on private property.
-Using these on the road/pavement may constitute an offense under the Road Traffic Act.
-Private property is defined in law as any area of ground to which the general public does not have access to.
-Anyone using one of these motorbikes on a public road must have a driving license, insurance, tax, MOT and index plates and also wear a helmet.
-There are also provisions in law against nuisance, including noise nuisance caused by the inappropriate or illegal use of off-road vehicles. In some cases, the Police can impound and even destroy vehicles which are being used in an anti-social manner.
-For my own safety i should always wear appropriate safety equipment which needs to be used with the vehicle, such as a helmet, motorcycle boots and suitable clothing
-Misuse and not responsible use of the vehicle can cause serious injuries!
-This vehicle is intended and can be only sold to 16 years old and older riders(drivers).
-If driven by child only on parents full responsibility, children should wear protective gear(such a: helmet, motorcycle boots, gloves, protective padded clothes etc.) be supervised and should have a responsible adult present at all time.
-It is not permitted to drive this vehicle after consumption of alcohol, drugs or other substances that can affect your sound judgment.
-I'm fully responsible to read enclosed manual(instructions of use)and to carry out basic checks before every ride.
The following are examples:
* A check that all fixings, nuts and bolts are correctly and securely fastened.
* A check that the frame is not damaged.
* A check of the condition and inflation of tires.
* A check that the brakes are working effectively.
* A check for sharp edges and entrapment hazards.
* A check to ensure that there are no leaks in the fuel system.
* A check the correct tension on the chain and front and rear sprocket alignment.
!!!DO NOT USE POWER WASHER TO CLEAN ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS!!!
Returns, Refunds, Repairs, Warranty
All Sale’s are Final. Goods sold here are not returnable, Exchangeable” or “No
refund will be given once sold unless the goods arrive damaged.
If you notice that the box is damaged on delivery there is a big chance that the content is damaged also, in this case we advice you to check the content in the front of the courier and mark this on the delivery docket otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will be able to claim the insurance and you will most likely not be entitled for refund or replacement. In the cases of severe damage we will collect your product for free, if the damage is only minor(ex. the fairing, plastics etc.), we reserve the rights to send you replacement for the damaged parts, for free.
All Bike’s or Quads should not be used for Racing, or professional use, there for fun use only and should be assembled by professional!
You have to be able to maintenance and repair the bike yourself consider that before you buy.
Microbike.ie as only retailer in Europe is offering 3 months parts replacement warranty, faulty parts will be provided free of charge except of P&P for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase and should be installed by qualified person.
Anyone unable to assemble, repair or maintenance the bike himself can use our in house facility where he is only going to be charged for a work carried out not for the replacement parts used, in the period of 3months parts warranty.
All transport is on the expenses of the buyer and shipping cost is not refundable.
-3 months part warranty does not cover damage on the pull start.
-manufacturer and retailer are not responsible whatsoever for any consequences caused by wrong assembly, misuse or any other inappropriate interference with the vehicle(such is modifying for higher speeds and removing plastic covers or other parts) By purchasing from us you automatically agree on all our Terms and Conditions
